How FensVIP works
From account setup to checking an order: follow the main steps.
1. Create an account
Register with the information requested on the form and sign in. Keep your login details private and use your own account to manage orders.
2. Check payment options and add funds
Open the funding page and read the instructions for the payment method you choose. Verify the amount and payment reference before completing the payment, then check your balance.
3. Select a service and review the order
Choose the platform and service. Read its description, enter the requested target and quantity, and verify the price and details before submitting.
4. Follow progress and keep the order ID
Check the order list for updates. If something needs clarification, use the available order action or contact support with its ID; do not place a duplicate order just to try to speed it up.
What if my balance has not updated after payment?
Check the payment instructions and your payment status first. Contact support with the payment reference and amount if the payment needs review; avoid paying again before the first transaction is clarified.
