Getting started with FensVIP: from service selection to support

A practical sequence for checking a service, funding your account, placing an order and reading the result.

Prepare the target and choose the service

Decide exactly what you need to order before adding funds. A profile follower service, a post view service and a comment service may require different inputs. Open the description, check the target format, minimum and maximum quantity, price unit and available refill or cancellation conditions. Keep the service ID with your notes. Similar names do not mean identical conditions, so choose from the current description rather than an old screenshot.

Fund the account carefully

Use the payment methods shown in your own Add funds page. Read the currency, amount limits, fees and method instructions before confirming an external payment. A payment receipt and a credited panel balance are separate records; wait for the account status to update instead of paying again because the page looks unchanged. If the payment needs investigation, keep the transaction reference and submit it through support. Never put payment credentials into an order link field.

Review once, then submit once

Return to New order and verify the selected service ID, complete target link, quantity and displayed charge. Pay particular attention to package pricing and comment inputs, which do not behave like a standard quantity field. After submitting, record the order ID and inspect Orders before trying again if the page is slow. Repeated clicks or overlapping orders for the same target can complicate delivery and make the result harder to attribute.

Use the order record for follow-up

Follow the status, start count and remaining quantity in the order record. A pending or processing status does not by itself justify another purchase. Use a refill or cancellation option only when that order offers it and its conditions apply. For a support ticket, include the order ID, the issue, when you noticed it and the action you need. A completed quantity is not a promise of sales, recommendation exposure or eligibility for a social platform’s programs.
